Chalet Chardon Bleu is an original Savoyard farmhouse, completely refurbished whilst preserving the many huge beams and other authentic features. Decorated
with typical mountain charm, you will also delight in some surprises,
such as the exciting décor of some of the themed bedrooms. Large squashy sofas and armchairs surround the fire in the lounge and you will find the usual comforts of satellite T.V, video, stereo and play station. The dining room is in the converted ecurie – a magnificent room with vaulted ceilings. The morning sun filters in through the French windows and during the evening soft up lighters create a warm and convivial atmosphere. There are currently 6 bedrooms available, each with a king sized or double bed and all can additionally take either a set of bunks or at least two single beds – some even more – making accommodating families both practical and great value.
All of the bedrooms are en-suite and each has been individually decorated to reflect either the charm of the local area, such as the Tarantaise room, or perhaps to follow a classic French theme, such as the exciting Moulin Rouge room. Whichever room you stay in, we hope you will find some extra touches you just didn’t expect!
