We guarantee you a transparent pricing structure with no hidden extras or nasty surprises and unlike many ski schools, we never increase our prices during peak holiday periods! What's more, the prices are for the instructor for the designated time, irrespective of the number of participants* (*within the stated maximum numbers).

To make a booking, simply contact us via the Book Now page. Any booking that you make with us will be taken on the understanding that you have read and agreed to our terms & conditions and cancellation policy. Please read them carefully.
When you confirm your booking with us we will email you an invoice with a secure link to our payment platform where you can pay using your credit or debit card in total security.
We use STRIPE to process our payments - the same company used by Deliveroo, Booking.Com and ASOS.
Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security.
We will never see or store your credit or debit card details.

During winter 2022/23 Mountain Action Snowsports will offer you a full refund on your booking for any private lessons or guiding cancelled due to the following reasons:
1) You are unable to leave your country or enter France due to COVID-19 government travel restrictions.
2) Resort closure due to COVID-19 by the French government (national or local authorities).
NB Cancellation due to personal illness needs to be covered by your own travel insurance
Naturally we understand that plans change and we may be able to refund your booking depending on the amount of notice given:-
More than 8 weeks notice — refunded 90% of total fee. Between 8 and 2 weeks notice — refunded 50% of total fee. Less than 2 weeks notice — nil refund.
Cancellations on the day
We are always sorry if you cannot make the lessons that you have booked; but if you do not attend the lesson on the day we cannot give a refund for the missed lesson or reschedule. However, we will be happy to provide a letter for your insurance company.
Skiing is a high risk sport and if you are making the booking, it is your responsibility to ensure that everyone in your group is adequately insured.
We recommend that all but beginner skiers take insurance which includes off-piste cover. You can read more about insurance in our T's & C's here.
Which lift pass do I need?
First time skiers will only need a local area pass, but we recommend that all other skiers purchase a full 3 Vallée Ski pass in order to get the most from your lessons or guiding.
Discounts are available for groups of 3 or more skiers and for family groups.
The lift pass is not included in our prices.

Ski & Avalanche Equipment Hire
The lesson price does not include the hire of your ski or safety equipment. For almost all off-piste lessons and guiding and touring sessions, specialist equipment will be required for your safety.
We will advise you what will be required when you book.
